This piece explores the abstract beauty of a plant with long, cascading leaves painted in shades of green and white, rooted in a vivid purple pot. Set against vertical pink and beige stripes, the painting exudes a sense of movement and texture through expressive brushstrokes and a harmonious blend of colours. The inspiration for "Looking for My Friends" came from the search for connection and the comfort found in familiar places and faces. During the creation, I experimented with layering colours to evoke a dynamic yet soothing visual experience.
