This abstract landscape explores a lakeshore scene I experienced while boating, capturing the layers of nature through bold textures and colour contrasts. With the open lake and distant shoreline ahead of me I felt like I was heading out into an unknown world. 

On one side, dense evergreen trees rise in deep green tones, while a bright strip of yellow-green suggests distant fields or shoreline. Below, vibrant blues stretch across the water, balanced by touches of darker shades that hint at reflections and depth. The sky above, mostly white with glimpses of blue, adds a dynamic openness to the composition.
